I was a happy customer of Comfort Self storage for close to 5 years before Extra Space took over. Immediately after this acquisition they raised my rates by over 20% and applied mandatory auto pay to my account without my permission. the store and staff now feel cold and unwelcoming, a far cry from the multitude of friendly faces before. I will be looking for a new storage unit and I could recommend others to do the same. Absolutely great place to trust with your belongings. They offer 24/7 access to your unit. The front desk staff is very professional and understanding. The move in process was seamless and quick. It’s an in-door air conditioned place that I would use again 10 out of 10.
