My parents store with this location and it has always been a pleasant experience. Sarah in the office is very polite and accommodating. The property is always so clean and secure, a big difference from the company that was running the facility before !!!!
Extra Space Storage is literally the best storage location there is. I was on the verge of having my belongings auctioned off, due to hardship. I walked in with little to no hope. I spoke with the Manager Brandon and Sara. They were able to work with me and I was able to regain access to my belongings. I will FOREVER be grateful for these two and this company. If you’re not using Extra Space Storage then what are you doing? Great company HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My experience at your facility has been fantastic, secure, conveniently located, clean and the staff (Sarah) professional, friendly as well as detail oriented. Stored a rare collectors car and when the unit was improperly secured I was immediately notified. When I vacated the unit Sarah made a courtesy call to verify whether I was vacating the unit or just was having the vehicle out for an extended time. Would use this company and in particular this location (Butler Rd.) in the future.
I was having a stressful time with moving, I walked into Extra Space Storage in need of a storage unit. Sarah's bright & welcoming smile let me know I was in the correct place! She was very polite & knowledgeable! The facility is in excellent condition as well as the spotless office! I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for all of your storage needs. Sarah was a delight to work with and made the process very smooth.
