Apart from the storage being very clean, the service has been awesome. The move in went super smooth. The halls are a great size so it makes moving in and out easy. It felt very secure as well. My stuff was well maintained the entire time it was in there. No bugs, mold or rats.upon move out, the employees were very friendly and attentive. The place is super clean, easy to get in and out of, and I always feel like my stuff is safe. The staff is really friendly and helpful—they made the whole process quick and stress-free. I love that the units are well-kept and easy to access whenever I need something. Definitely the best storage place I’ve used.
Customer service was great! Units were clean and nicely kept! They have great affordable coverage and the best deals I had come across.
Be careful of this place. We were under contract with the old Easy Storage and then it was bought out by extra storage. We had a storage unit in CA with Extra storage and the price increases were outrages that we moved out. Sure enough, as soon as this unit was bought by extra storage, our unit almost tripled in price. We will be moving out of here soon. I tried to ask the front desk to honor our previous price and he offered a $5 discount on only one unit.

The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit and felt confident storing my belongings there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!
