I have to tell you that my experience at LockAway storage was seamless. Steven at the Rittiman location is exceptional and an asset to the company. Sonja was terrific. She did a great job explaining all of the storage unit options and helped me rent an additional unit.
AC has been down in our unit for 5 weeks. Temperatures inside our shop are between 80-83 degrees, employees and customers are uncomfortable. Will change back to 5 stars when AC is permanently fixed.
I have a 10 x 10 climate control unit. Prior to getting Lockaway storage unit I have a 10x15 outside unit at another storage facility nearby. I asked Sonja, the prices for a larger unit. Sonja, was very informative, asked to show me a 10x25 climate control unit. She answered all my questions, and allowed time to move from the smaller to the larger Lockaway storage.
