The process was fast, simple, and easy. I didn’t call ahead, I just showed up, and the process was still very quick and simple. Keith was very helpful. After a conversation about available units, I picked one and was able to walk over to see it in person to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The payment process was as easy as a tap. Great service, great price, and a welcoming atmosphere!
Apart from the storage being very clean, the service has been awesome. The move in went super smooth. The halls are a great size so it makes moving in and out easy. It felt very secure as well. My stuff was well maintained the entire time it was in there. No bugs, mold or rats.upon move out, the employees were very friendly and attentive. The place is super clean, easy to get in and out of, and I always feel like my stuff is safe. The staff is really friendly and helpful—they made the whole process quick and stress-free. I love that the units are well-kept and easy to access whenever I need something. Definitely the best storage place I’ve used.
Well, I’ve been to several storage units or storage companies and the one I went to on Riman Road was by far the best one I have ever been to the attendant on duty Miss Drea was awesome. She was really nice so sweet. She was courteous. She was so respectful very helpful. Didn’t keep me waiting. Be careful of this place. We were under contract with the old Easy Storage and then it was bought out by extra storage. We had a storage unit in CA with Extra storage and the price increases were outrages that we moved out. Sure enough, as soon as this unit was bought by extra storage, our unit almost tripled in price. We will be moving out of here soon. I tried to ask the front desk to honor our previous price and he offered a $5 discount on only one unit.
