Man was I happy to find this place! I’ve been a customer of storage unit for over 15 years and this was the most seamless process for sign up I’ve gone through yet. The prices are wonderful, the location is on point and Eric is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
5 Stars I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit and felt confident storing my belongings there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!
Be careful of this place. We were under contract with the old Easy Storage and then it was bought out by extra storage. We had a storage unit in CA with Extra storage and the price increases were outrages that we moved out. Sure enough, as soon as this unit was bought by extra storage, our unit almost tripled in price. We will be moving out of here soon. I tried to ask the front desk to honor our previous price and he offered a $5 discount on only one unit.
Incredibly easy sign up and move in process. Both guys at the front desk (one on Saturday and one on the following Monday morning) were extremely good natured and helpful, which made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended.
I have no complaints, office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Climate control is well managed. Recently went to a competitors facility and it had inoperative doors and a bad odor. I have never had problems with extra space storage.
