Predatory Pricing & Exploiting Military Members I am writing this to warn anyone considering Extra Space Storage, especially fellow servicemembers. I rented a unit at a rate of $54.00/month. After only three months--and while I was away on military leave--they nearly doubled my rent to $102.60. That is a 90% increase in just 90 days.
