My wife, myself and sons moved into my unit at Extra Space Storage, and I have to say this was my first time ever renting a storage space, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The facility was clean and the new security features worked great. The new guy (forgot his name) in the office helped me with my account. He was very courteous and professional.
Devon was just great!! After multiple phone calls to get my storage situation addressed he was patient with me the entire time. He made the whole situation very easy. He also walked me to my unit since I was unsure of the location. Thank you so much for your professionalism and courtesy!!
Wonderful climate controlled facility!! The manager, Naomi, was super helpful, very friendly, & quickly assigned me the storage unit I needed. The pricing was not bad either. This place is such a convenient location to 281 and TPC Parkway. I am very happy I made this decision. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
I was to show up to the facility and the storage would have a new lock inside waiting. Nope. It had a red lock on it and no one from management would pick up the phone. After 1.5 hours trying to reach an agent and running around the facility looking for a new lock I had to drag my sofas across the facility alone as the trolleys they said they had were only big enough for a few boxes.
