Great customer service, I ordered a unit online and realized it wasn’t adequate to fit everything I needed once I got to the facility in person. I called customer service and was given a list of available units that I could choose from. Also I was only charged the difference in prices between the units, and I still got an entire free month for my new unit. They monitor the facility to check if the locks are properly secured. Olivia was the best! She helped me w/ all of my storage and payment needs. My biggest problem was figuring out the what size storage was needed. Customer service was top tier.
I misunderstood the policy of the gate being locked at 10pm think I would be able to exit the facility just not enter but that was not the case, I was locked in and thought I was going to have to camp it out after trying several numbers with no success. Luckily I was able to get through to the district manager Mr . Gary. He was beyond help and understanding, stayed on the phone with me while we figure a way to lock my storage unit and he open the gate for me, I was able to get home to my family and bed!
