I have had a storage unit with Menards Storage at this facility. Recently, the facility was taken over by Extra Space. They did not take the automatic payment on 1/2/2025 like the facility has since I've been here. They will claim that I need to sign a new authorization, blah, blah. However, their app shows a 12/2/24 payment, but yet no other payment history prior, despite me renting for several months.
