I shopped online and found the largest (30 x 10) unit for the most reasonable price. Moving from a house to an apartment for approx 2 years while building new home. After reserving it online, Melanie called me and we set up an appt for the next day. She was so helpful, personable, professional and didn't lose it when she found her internet had crashed when she was showing me the property which left her without work phones or computers. Very good customer service. Jeannie and Melanie were very helpful showing me my storage unit and answering any questions I had. Just one downside. I believe this facility is in need of carts to help customers move belongings around. Other than that amazing.
I had to phone in a billing question and the staff is so professional and responsive. I also got the information the same day as the lady who took care of me told me she would. The storage space is clean. In a good parking area. And indoors. I have felt positive about the level of service and have been with the storage before when it was still menards and transitioned into extra space storage. Would recommend.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. Bait and switch, doubled rates within a few months. Security entrance gate constantly broken. The follow up was to offer me less than double but without stating amount. Don't trust this company. Staff is nice but ownership has shady pricing in my opinion. How do you budget when after 4 months they double? Btw security gate still broken, unsafe. I vote no to Extra Space!!!
Jeannie has been very helpful with any questions and concerns (few that there are). We really like the well maintained and cleanliness of the facility and we feel the area is safe. WE migrated here from another storage facility and have zero regrets of doing so.
