I was confused about some differences between booking online and by phone and Jeannie and her team were so helpful. They explained how things worked and walk me through to process of escorting our movers. I really appreciated having folks pick up the phone when I had a question vs waiting for a call back or being on hold for forever. I very much recommend this place.

I shopped online and found the largest (30 x 10) unit for the most reasonable price. Moving from a house to an apartment for approx 2 years while building new home. After reserving it online, Melanie called me and we set up an appt for the next day. She was so helpful, personable, professional and didn't lose it when she found her internet had crashed when she was showing me the property which left her without work phones or computers. Very good customer service. Jeannie and Melanie were very helpful showing me my storage unit and answering any questions I had. Just one downside. I believe this facility is in need of carts to help customers move belongings around. Other than that amazing.
I had to phone in a billing question and the staff is so professional and responsive. I also got the information the same day as the lady who took care of me told me she would. The storage space is clean. In a good parking area. And indoors. I have felt positive about the level of service and have been with the storage before when it was still menards and transitioned into extra space storage. Would recommend.
