The elevator at this facility is meant for residential/business use and NOT for freight or loading large items. The space is so small you can barely fit a full size dresser, not to mention the warning to “not hold the doors open as they will cause the elevator to become inoperable” is very concerning as it’s next to impossible to load anything sizable without holding the doors open. We are very pleased with this location and space opened in dec 2024. Its actually new so its great to be a new customer. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and Jenie in the office was kind enough to not only give us a tour but she also helped us get what we needed. She was friendly, informative and patient. Although its just a storage unit and you may not care its important to care about location, cleanliness and room temperature. After all its your stuff going in. I was looking for some boxes for my move and stopped by this New Location. I was greeted by Melanie and she was very helpful. She asked me about the move and how many rooms. She then offered me many more options and I was impressed. Thanks Melanie.
