I had to phone in a billing question and the staff is so professional and responsive. I also got the information the same day as the lady who took care of me told me she would. The storage space is clean. In a good parking area. And indoors. I have felt positive about the level of service and have been with the storage before when it was still menards and transitioned into extra space storage. Would recommend.
Jeannie has been very helpful with any questions and concerns (few that there are). We really like the well maintained and cleanliness of the facility and we feel the area is safe. WE migrated here from another storage facility and have zero regrets of doing so.
They were so helpful over the phone even when I was having connection issues. The woman who had helped me was Genie, if I heard correctly. She was the sweetest and was very helpful with setting up my account!
Jeannie was great to work with. She clearly explained all of the information regarding our storage rental and worked with us to find the perfect storage location for us. Amazing customer service and the facility itself is clean and accessible.
I had very decent experience. The people work there were very nice melody was very helpful. There was one small problem the lack of moving carts. Y'all could use a few more.
