Jeannie has been very helpful with any questions and concerns (few that there are). We really like the well maintained and cleanliness of the facility and we feel the area is safe. WE migrated here from another storage facility and have zero regrets of doing so.
I had very decent experience. The people work there were very nice melody was very helpful. There was one small problem the lack of moving carts. Y'all could use a few more.

Very responsive customer service. Local mgmt went to bat for me to reduce excessive corporate-dictated price increases on my 2 units. Specifically, they successfully reduced proposed price increase to $25 from the proposed $183 increase. So instead of a proposed +65% increase, it’s only +9%. Well done by the local team….but why would corporate be so greedy??
a problem cropped up with respect to the storage unit and rent. i placed a call assuming the i would get a return call sooner or later. much to my surprise, i received a call the same day and resolution to my issue by the following day. i was more than pleased with the responsiveness and resolution i received and not what i have become accustomed to - that being it taking several calls and several days to get a live body and resolution sometime in the future. kudos to the menards team for their level of customer care.
