Patience was so helpful and great! Incredibly friendly and helped us get into our unit with speed! Only thing I wish is that Patience was allowed to bring her adorable dog into work with her! Highly recommend this place for great service and cleanliness!
Extra Space Storage has been fantastic and the employees at the Interbay location are the best (thank you Patience and Alyx)!! The storage units are clean, well maintained, and secure. I have not had any issues navigating the building or accessing my unit. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!!
Pashance is the best!!!!! I don't see how you could do better. Every time my family comes In she knows our names. I've caught her a few times cleaning the bathroom. She's always respectful. She takes pride in her job I can tell and it show's. So if you need a storage go see her she will get you let best deal she can. ;);):):)
The best storage experience we’ve had! Hands down. So helpful. I needed to add a unit (events industry person) and was able to facilitate the addition over the phone, with ease! She had the unit fully ready for me, when I got there. Really great service, as always! Thank you!
I can’t recommend Extra Space Storage enough and it’s all due to Pashanel and her wonderful customer service. Upon our first visit she greeted us so warmly and was very helpful and gave us a quick tour to our unit and helped explain the gate code and elevators. She’s been a friendly face to see when stopping in and has made our experience special and enjoy coming back even during moving which is a stressful task. That says a lot! :)
