Rented with Extra Space for 4 years. Would have kept renting here but I am moving out of state. Safe, clean, and well maintained facility. Reasonable rates as well. The staff is really nice especially a shout out to Alyx. She is very sweet and super helpful with our move out and all my questions.
I will start off with the good. Nice and clean facility with clean bathrooms and some carts available to help you move your heavy items. Inside, the place looks very industrial, like in an almost dystopian way. Everything is this bright white and super clean. Nice location sandwiched between Whole Foods and Homegoods. Have been at Interbay self storage ( Now extra space) many years. Had some problems at the change over by them throwing away my spare keys. And then couple months ago blocking my after hours access ( I am on call technician and the reason I choice this property was the access and receiving packages to my unit. ) Everything is back except the package delivery which they said arranged but no I am getting refused packages ( seems site think it is more secure to hand my key and a codes to doors to a Random delivery person than... read more
Pashance is the best!!!!! I don't see how you could do better. Every time my family comes In she knows our names. I've caught her a few times cleaning the bathroom. She's always respectful. She takes pride in her job I can tell and it show's. So if you need a storage go see her she will get you let best deal she can. ;);):):)
Patience was so helpful and great! Incredibly friendly and helped us get into our unit with speed! Only thing I wish is that Patience was allowed to bring her adorable dog into work with her! Highly recommend this place for great service and cleanliness!
