So far this company has been pleasant to work with. This company recently took over ownership of our storage unit building. The transition was not perfect, but for the most part painless. It was also nice as a long-standing renter at this facility that we were given a reduction in our monthly cost. This did ease some of our discomfort at the abrupt transition of management. First time using this storage facility, and the employees were helpful and friendly to speak with. One of them, Rose, offered great customer service in terms of explaining how the storage pricing and whatnot work.
I was told (206) 213-8888 is not a recorded line AFTER my unit including personal documents that they were told about was sold, I had prepaid ($558 on Aug 27) and had a card on Autopay and they still acted as though they didn't know they were selling my documents. 8888 is the number they always provide, take payments with it, etc. and they used that to their advantage. There were times when I'd missed a payment but there is no reason current card with no limit should have failed and I haven't heard accountability for so roya... read more
Great facility, great staff, Grace and Michelle are smart, nice and always helpful. Access hours are reasonable, facility is clean and well-run. Location is perfect for me and pricing is fair. I wish I didn’t need storage space but I still do.
