Interesting place. Very clinical. Automated. Dare I say dystopian or perhaps even cyberpunk in some ways. Zero human interaction; just a seemingly endless maze of symmetry, perfectly poured concrete, and climate controlled hallways. Went with the 5x5 unit which is more than enough space for me.
So far this company has been pleasant to work with. This company recently took over ownership of our storage unit building. The transition was not perfect, but for the most part painless. It was also nice as a long-standing renter at this facility that we were given a reduction in our monthly cost. This did ease some of our discomfort at the abrupt transition of management. This is my first time using a storage facility, but I have to say to the experience has been exquisite. From the professional staff, including Patience, who was fabulous, to the immaculate building…. It honestly couldn’t be better.
It was like FATE aligned me to this AMAZING crew at the Extra Space Storage! All three kind lady’s were eager to help me DESPITE the fact I didn’t need storage. Funny story, after I left, I FOUND the Space Needle (thank you) and I sang to the Space Needle from the 7-11 parking lot. If I find the paper that stated their names, cause I had them write them down, I’ll update this review. I have been a customer at this facility almost since it opened. The reviews overwhelmingly pertain to the PREVIOUS ownership and management, which truly was exceptional in every way. I myself left the original owners a 5 star review. Things have changed, and entirely for the worse. Since Extra Space bought the facility, it has gone steadily downhill.
