To begin with they have false advertising for there is no 24 hour access unless you want a tiny unit. Next, we have only been there 8 months and in that time they have raised the rent twice now almost $100 extra dollars now a month. At 1601 Athol avenue the staff will watch you like a hawk make sure you're not there for any longer than 3 hours at a time and if your unit is like ours which is directly in the Sun things will become too hard to touch even inside the Unit. Absolutely the worst and most misrepresented place I have ever been to. Sleeziest place I've encountered. Giving this place 1 star is actually giving it too much credit. I reserved a unit online after speaking with a representative over the phone and going over all the details. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t honor the price, even though I had a reservation code in my email. They also claimed they didn’t give me all the details over the phone, which is a complete lie. They refused to honor the $39 a month rate, sa... read more
Zachary was great. He took the time to answer my concerns. Although I ended up not renting a space in this location, he made sure he could retain me as a customer and directed me to a different location. He is a great asset to this company.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. First and foremost the move in experience was amazing the representative that assisted was Bradley and he worked with us to accommodate our needs. Fast forward a year later and the facility is under New management and they have been absolutely extraordinary 👌 Todd discovered a safety issue with our unit and telephoned to let us know. Not only did he discover the risk but he provided a solution and saved the day. Amazing ❣️
I was in a pinch and needed to store my vehicle. Todd was a super awesome guy and did an amazing job helping me with the process of getting a spot that was suitable for me. This is a great location if looking for a space to hold belongings. The staff is informative and knowledgeable.
