The most understanding and friendly staff!! Renting from them was so easy and inexpensive, and convenient as a college student. What’s more, when my move back to campus clashed with their opening hours, Ethan was so kind as to help me access my stuff (necessary for move in) even after they were closed. So so much respect and love for this small business!!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ethan is amazing and extremely fair both in practice and prices. I would use Longwood storage. My move in date is on July 4th and Ethan kindly was willing to refund me as I would not be able access the storage unit due to the holiday. Moving is extremely stressful and I appreciated that Ethan runs a small business that aim to help making a stressful situation managable. Thank you!
