This is a former mom and pop storage facility that has been purchased by the big chain Extra Space Storage. The initial rates are low but if you want to renew you get socked with a big rate increase. My rate went up 33% after the first year. Their excuse is that this is the market so too bad. You can decide if it's worth it...
