This business has been the storage space for my family and I for many many years (probably close to two decades). The new ownership under Iwona K. has been excellent and the best we have experienced. Her and her staff, particularly Graciela, are helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and above all very professional. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
Very convenient storage unit in Brookline Village. Many options of different storage unit sizes and reasonably priced (though more expensive than some that are farther away). Some of the equipment available like dollies, etc. are old/don’t work that well but the new owners seem receptive to feedback.
Absolutely amazing facility ! Brookline residents if you need storage space come see Iwona she is the best person I have ever dealt with . Place is amazing ! Super clean and the manager makes it easy and is more than helpful . High praise and highly recommended!!

Too bad there isn't a 100 stars rating bc that's what I give this Extra Space Storage facility. Here's why: a mad scramble for my BU student to locate a storage facility after the official move out date-- my kiddo was majorly sick after finals and missed the university storage pickup service. My daughter initially wound up way out at some facility in Lynn that said she could have after hours access, only to arrive and be locked out bc she had to show her ID in person for move in.
