A very convenient and functional storage facility. Don't let the size intimidate you, once you get it figured out it's pretty easy to get around. Indoor storage has an elevator and plenty of nice flatbed carts to haul all your stuff around. We were local in Newport and having them available and super close was a life saver. Secure facility that has been clean and well maintained as far as I've seen. Paul in the office was a big help as well. Positive experience a around!
The gentleman was very professional and has a great personality. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. The young lady in the office was very professional.both employees are great. You all should bottled this persona and sell it to all retailers. I will recommend this location to everyone.
Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri. The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be. 10/10
Great facility. Very clean. Well lit. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Love how they have a huge inside loading bay with flatbed dollies for moving items.
Very easy and convenient to secure a unit online. Very friendly and helpful staff. He walked me through to my storage unit and showed me how to use their lock system.....the locks are very different from any I have seen. Exceptionally clean. Well lit. Carts available if you have heavy or large items. Clean bathroom.
