Easy to locate, renting process was seamless, affordable rental prices, love how the pad lock is already in the storage unit, so I didn't have to wait 3 hours for the office to open in order to get the lock! The only thing I wish was different is I wish there were 24hr access to my unit, as I work overnights. :/ other than that, Extra Storage is a great place to rent from, and I'll definitely recommend to friends and family! :)

I leased my unit over the phone and finished the proces online . Account was easy to set up website was simple to navigate and access to unit was immediate. The unit itself was clean lock was provided and in unit. The door to the unit was easy to operate and functioned properly. Honestly it was smoother than any slide open door I've ever used.. The facility was clean and space well managed. I just wish there had been a site map showing where the unit was mine was indoors and I was unaware it was not mentioned over the phone ... read more
