Hands down the best storage facility in Vallejo!! The team is professional, friendly, & welcoming. The entire experience was impressive. The facility is clean and units are nice!! They have many different sizes available. The roll up door and gold hardware are so cool! I really appreciate the wheeled carts. The temperature control buildings are really great. We are first time unit renters and Extra Space Storage is such a clean facility and has fast efficient service!! I came in to finish registering my storage unit and the manager was exceptionally quick and very kind! Although we came in at the end of the day, Adam made sure our unit was correct and secure. Thank you for the friendly customer service from all staff!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience storing my stuff here. I shopped around the area and chose this facility because it had the lowest rates, highest quality, and best location, in addition to it being the newest facility in town. Between how helpful the on-site management is and how secure, clean, and well-lit the facility is, it was a no-brainer to go here.
