I am a very satisfied customer here. The facility manager and the other attendant are welcoming and accommodating to any needs that come up. It is clean, accessible, and easy to navigate. Prices are very reasonable, and the whole process—from renting online to moving in—was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable storage in the area!

The manager was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied with the storage unit. My wife is disabled and he made sure we got a unit that was close to the door and easy to enter and exit. He was very kind and respectful and had excellent customer service.
Adam is another great employee, customer service representative and overall wonderful human being. Similar to Curi at the Sonoma blvd location, he was helpful beyond words, in addition to always in a good mood. Each time we cross paths he greets me with a warm welcome, asks if there's anything I need and ensures I receive the best help and service possible.
Olivia n Adam were good they were nice to my family and me and helped us through out the process of moving into a new unit. No experience renting a unit before and this was a smooth experience. Clean location very nice employees and a lot of carts
