The staff is amazing. The storages are super clean and when I did have a problem, a management at the location were on top of it. I can’t complain of anything. These people are amazing.!! They went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I highly recommend extra space storage at the Tucson marketplace location. Staff makes you feel safe and make sure that your safety is a priority!! And the prices are unbeatable!! And air conditioning is a big plus!!!
Very easy to call and setup this needed storage option for U of A Students. Staff was wonderful on the phone and in person. These units are inside access and very secure. Also close to campus, extremely clean and brand new.
Third time using Extra storage! We are very satisfied with their services, nice units, safe, good customer service. Being expensive $$ is my only complaint, but overall good.
My unit was broken into they had no idea when it happened, and then charged me to change the lock after everything was already stolen.I rented a unit at the Tucson Marketplace Extra Space Storage, where staff claimed they do twice daily security checks. Patricia was very helpful and friendly and fast. She made sure I got the best deal on my unit and made sure I understood how the facility and all of the codes worked. Would gladly recommend this places to others.
