Big clean facility with easy access to storage areas. Eric at the front is always nice and friendly and ready to help. If you need storage space and care about your items I recommend the ES Gillham location. I'm happy I decided on this location.
Customer service was top notch — our staff member was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was friendly and funny. Facility was clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned. Rates are reasonable.

Great customer service, I was looking for somewhere to store some camping gear i don't use often and is cluttered my garage, and came here. At first I was a tad overwhelmed with all the options of sizes, but a super friendly guy there helped me find one that will fit my stuff easily! The mobile app to get in is an awesome touch
