Ladies at the front were supper nice and friendly. Helped me figure out what best type unit I needed for my move. Easy process to get in, cheap prices and I love the special of a free month! Really helps with finances!
Code didn't work. Set me up in a unit with stuff in it already. No lock in unit that I was charged for. No one in office to help. Water fountains and bathrooms not available outside of office hours. They are the cheapest in town for a 5x10 though so I guess u can't expect much
Amanda has been so helpful with getting this storage unit set up! The unit was clean and easy for large vehicles to get in and out! Give them a call if you need an area to store household goods!
Checked out of the storage a couple of days early. Wouldn’t give me my money back. Left the unit immaculate. Went back a few days after to see if someone was using the locker yet and they said I was still using it because I checked in with my pass code. Also, the keypad never worked and had to go 100 yards to the other keypad to get in.
Store House Storage did a wonderful job of keeping my belongings safe and secure. I appreciated how clean and pest free the facility was. The people on site and on the phone were always friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a great experience of storing belongings!
