I had the pleasure today of speaking to Julia as well as Ashley in order to secure a rental space at the Extra Space Storage facility in Fairview, NC. My situation was a bit complex as I needed to rent the space for my son so when I first called, Julia answered all of my questions and even sent me a potential reservation email so I could share all the information with my son. Best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to storage spaces!! Being prior military and. Loving quite a bit, these fellows made the whole experience in Asheville and moving such a pleasure. I would recommend this business to new and existing customers. Prices, accommodations, and generally just really kind folks. I was overwhelmed to say the least and by the time I left their office I shed tears of relief. Thank you so much again !!!!
Kevin was exceptional! He did an amazing job answering all my questions & walked me through each step of the rental process. The space is also really clean, located conveniently for me and easy to access. I’m very thankful for Kevin’s smooth assistance, highly recommended & appreciated.
Amazing customer service! Kevin was amazing! He really took the time to explain all the options to me and was just an overall great experience from what I'm used to from my time at others in Florida.
