My climate-controlled unit was water damaged due to the hurricane (I rented both a climate and non-climate) In fact the entire building was damaged and all tenants were informed that everything needed to be removed and documented to use the insurance everyone pays for (funny is that I called after the hurricane and asked if the units were ok and was told everything was fine). John at the Fairview site was absolutely amazing, he was very helpful and answered any question or concern I had! The units are clean and the grounds are kept and maintained. Would recommend these storage buildings!
