DO NOT PARK YOUR RV HERE!!!! Within 3 months my RV was broken into. I tried to contact management, and no one has called me back. Also, when you try to call the local number and speak to someone it says all managers are busy and to leave a message. No one calls you back.
I recently had an issue with my storage unit lock, and Courtney, the supervisor, went above and beyond to help me. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The issue was resolved quickly, Been here for 2 years, good communication and willing to work with people and that truly means a lot when you have a hard month due to other expenses. Stored my camper here for about 2 months. That was long enough for someone to break a window and steal everything worth value from it. Just be aware store ease will not actually provide video or anything because it was most likely a inside job. They will tell you tough luck. They claim to have security cameras but they dont work. Also tons of mice were in my camper after a week.
Quite literally the worst storage experience I have had the displeasure of using. The entire unit after only a 4 month period was full of dead mice and mouse feces and urine over everything that I had in the unit. The management was unwilling to facilitate any type of reimbursement and they wouldn’t pay back the thousands of dollars in damages. Awful experience!!!!!!! Rodent infestation. All of our stuff was ruined… and they only reimbursed a few hundred dollars!!!! Rodent feces, ruin, carcasses; all throughout our items. Ski boots, couches, mattresses even in protective casing all ruined. Never use this place!!!
