The employees who have assisted me on the phone and in person are very courteous and helpful. I like that this facility is climate controlled and that they have some dollies to use as you move items in/out. There is also an elevator. . The only downside is that there are corridors with many twists and turns. I had a particularly long piece of furniture so they helped me find a unit to rent in a location with few turns leading up to it.
The store manager Mella for the Commons Dr location was wonderful. Greeted me at the door with a smile and welcome. Help me figure out what size storage unit I would need. Explained all the ins and outs. Went over pricing, contract as well. No rushing from her end. Gave me a tour and showed me two different storage units. Very patient, professional as well as friendly. She assured me if I need anything they will be here for me. I feel my personal items will be stored at a safe place. Thanks Mella!
Mae and Mella were extremely patient and understanding about my situation. They were attentive and walked me through their website and facility, made sure my code worked. I was sad when I first walked in but so happy afterwards. The storage facility is clean and secure. The storage price was great. I'm in the middle in the below picture.
Mae was showing a unit when I called. I was promised that she'd call me back as as she's available and she did! I went to the location and Mella offered to show me the unit that I was interested in. I also want to mention that Carrie in the Springdale location took her time to talk to me about the units in her location and found out that there are NO dolly carts in this location.
