We searched many storage facilities and CubeSmart was our #1 top pick. Very nice facility, very clean facility, they also have restrooms and an elevator, climate control and sirvilence cameras to put your mind at ease knowing your storage is safe and secure. The staff are excellent professionals that provide great hospitality, with great service. We had a good tour and was treated as if we were at a vacation resort. I wil recommend and refer CubeSmart to everyone that I know. I give them a 5 rating💫💫💫💫💫....
The leasing process was smooth and easy. Christian was tremendously helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and ensured that I was happy with my unit. The facility is a far departure from renting an outdoor unit. The trade off is not being able to drive directly up to the unit, but, since I won’t access my unit very often, this is not an issue for me. The prices are better than other places I checked. I anticipate a very good experience here.
I reserved a unit online but went into the office to complete the paperwork. The process was quick and the manager Christian was excellent. Facility is very clean and a great location.
I have rented units here for some time and have had a very pleasant experience! Regina in the office is amazing! A very professional and nice lady! Would definitely recommend!
Staff is nice Entrances are inconvenient for moving. The prices are cheap and that’s what gets you in the door. They FORCE you to pay for insurance or you have to show proof of renters insurance in order to rent a unit. Other places will allow you to reject the extra cost by signing a waiver to release them of liability. Places such as Extra Space will prorate the rent if you provide a notice to vacate before the month is due. Cube smart does not.
