I spoke with Mella about my storage unit. She was so friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and she let me know about everything available to make my move in smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a unit and want to have a great experience. If you have any questions you can call Mella or Nae. Very nice and professional ladies.
I just moved to the area unexpectedly so I had to grab a storage space but I now realized I needed a larger one… and shopping around they had the greatest deal here and it is amazing. It is so clean well lit they have dollies you can use push carts you can use It’s absolutely amazing and the customer service of the employees is absolutely spectacular. Helped me through everything. I am so glad I found this place. You will not be disappointed.
The employees who have assisted me on the phone and in person are very courteous and helpful. I like that this facility is climate controlled and that they have some dollies to use as you move items in/out. There is also an elevator. . The only downside is that there are corridors with many twists and turns. I had a particularly long piece of furniture so they helped me find a unit to rent in a location with few turns leading up to it.
The store manager Mella for the Commons Dr location was wonderful. Greeted me at the door with a smile and welcome. Help me figure out what size storage unit I would need. Explained all the ins and outs. Went over pricing, contract as well. No rushing from her end. Gave me a tour and showed me two different storage units. Very patient, professional as well as friendly. She assured me if I need anything they will be here for me. I feel my personal items will be stored at a safe place. Thanks Mella!
Mella and Nae were very friendly and helpful! The storage facility is nice, spacious, clean and air conditioned. I was able to tour the facility before selecting a unit. There are carts onsite that can used to help move your items into the storage units with ease.
