I rented a unit from this facility when it was Sonoma's Best Storage. It was bought out by Extra Space Storage and they increased my rent almost immediately. It's too bad that they did this because the customer service is great: JB super helpful. The facility is mostly clean except that I found a dead rat near my unit. Unfortunately because of the rent increase, the time has come to look elsewhere. Other facilities are charging at least $100 less.
Business response:
Your concerns are noted regarding the rent increase and the rat found near your unit, Terri. We're glad JB provided great service. Please call us at (707) 939-1110 to discuss pricing options.
Property is in amazing condition and the best location in Sonoma, right at the intersection off the highway.
