My experience with FreeUp Storage has been nothing less of wonderful. This is a great storage facility. The prices are very reasonable and the people are so friendly and helpful. Amanda in the office is always in such a great mood and looking to help you out any way she can. Jonathan works really hard to make things better for their customers. Whether it’s building a power washer for customers to use, lending me tools I forgot to bring or an extension cord to recharge my equipment he is great. Highly recommended.

This is our first time renting a storage unit and Jonathan at the office made our experience very easy and enjoyable. We weren’t sure what size we needed and he guided us very well for us to choose our best option! He is so kind and polite and has excelled customer service skills. We’re so glad we chose Free Up Storage, the location and pricing is great.
