This facility is the absolute best storage I've ever had before. Everything is done online, just make sure to read all the details regarding your storage unit. Patricia (the manager) was extremely helpful with any questions I had. There is also an app that you can use to access the building for your unit. It's really clean and makes you feel like your belongings will be kept in great condition. It's all indoors and prices varies on unit but definitely great & fairly priced. I've never rented a storage unit before and had to in a pinch. I went with a small unit and within a few days realized there was no way it would be large enough. I called the office, and Patricia was extremely friendly and helpful with a transfer. The whole building is super clean, and easy to access. Thank you, Patricia! You guys rock!
I guess none of the reviewers here have had their rates increased yet. Look for the ones that inevitably come back and change those fives to ones. I'm almost 50. There's really no future left for me after losing everything I owned. Sure, blame it all on me if you prefer. I was supposed to anticipate everything that happened over the last five years and keep it all together while my rate tripled and 20% late fees get tacked on while I struggled just to exist and stay above water.
