What a great experience! I booked my space online, received a confirmation email, and upon my arrival, the staff was extremely helpful in showing me around and verifying that my entry code works. The building is clean, it's new, and affordable. I look forward to being a tenant here. The location is great. Thank you for all your help!
Brand new Building, Excellent Customer Service! They show us the building and our storage space we are gonna rent. They took their time to explain everything on how all the doors operate and how to get in and out and also we have carriers inside the building. They clarified all questions we had including prices and other stuff. Definitely worth my time and especially to do business with them. They have Boxes, Tape guns, locks. Mostly things needed to move things around.
Hello everyone , I want to thank Cindy & The Extra Space Storage for letting me and our company come and rent a storage unit from them , Very Nice Customer Service, & Well Respectful & Helped Me Around The Units , Left Key In Other Work Truck Out Of Town & CINDY came to the rescue and helped me with what I needed . This is a wonderful storage facility. Cindy has made the whole experience very pleasant, she is an exceptional representative for her company. The facility is clean and very well kept. I am happy I chose to store my belongings here!
Cindy is a sweetheart let me tell you! She was very attentive over the phone and whenever I had any questions she had the answers I needed. Very clean and you gotta love a storage facility that offers restrooms for their clients! Not every company does and it is much appreciated!!
