What a great experience! I booked my space online, received a confirmation email, and upon my arrival, the staff was extremely helpful in showing me around and verifying that my entry code works. The building is clean, it's new, and affordable. I look forward to being a tenant here. The location is great. Thank you for all your help!
Hello everyone , I want to thank Cindy & The Extra Space Storage for letting me and our company come and rent a storage unit from them , Very Nice Customer Service, & Well Respectful & Helped Me Around The Units , Left Key In Other Work Truck Out Of Town & CINDY came to the rescue and helped me with what I needed . After spending 2 weeks looking for a storage unit, I finally decided on this one. I went to check it out before committing to it too be sure I would feel safe there. Cindy, the district team lead was there to help me and answer my questions. She was so nice and so helpful that I decided to stay even though this place is out of my way. It may not be convenient for me but I feel my things will be safe. It's new so it's extremely clean, climate controlled and excellent customer service. 5 ⭐
Hands down the best storage facility in Fort Worth. Facility is super clean and wonderfully organized. It is strategically structured making it highly convenient inside and out. There were storage units facilities located closer to my home, but I literally drove a little further to get to this particular location and it was worth every bit it. Nick and Cindy were very pleasant and polite, easy to work with. The facility is new so it was very clean and well kept. I was very happy with the people and the place, and would certainly recommend them for storage needs. Keep up the good work!!
