I rented a medium sized, air conditioned unit here. Went to claim some items and found not only rat droppings, but had 5 Persian rugs destroyed. Owner very difficult and refused to pay for any damage. Said they didn't have vermin. Gave me 2 complimentary months after using their storage for 4 years. When I finally emptied the unit found rat and mice poison packets in my unit. Thrown through the roof. Be careful what you put in this storage facility.
The staff is accommodating and professional. The facility is always clean, and there are no crowds loitering around the facility. It’s a safe environment.
I’ve been using this storage space over a decade and it’s been nothing short of an Amazing experience even with the changes of owners. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience.
