Bianca was really great manger I ever seen…She’s very friendly.I got an issue with their system. I try open the gate with digitally and manually enter the access code around 9:20 pm. It doesn’t work then I call customer service spent 40 minutes. Even they couldn’t fix it ….I’m really helpless with Extra space storage. Poor digital system Reason is I rent the truck for 75 minutes now I’ve to pay 24 hours price. Almost $200 for rental charges now .
