The storage facility I rented yesterday was exactly what I needed. The problem was after I explained what I was looking for which was a drive-up storage shed accessible by a semi truck. The sales first person I talked to on their phone system initially set me up with exactly what I didn't need. I was very impressed with the great service I received here at Extra Space on 4000 W Burnham. The General Manager Mia was very helpful and patient durning the rental process. She answered all our questions with a smile. She gave us a tour of the whole facility and I was impressed how clean it was even the loading bays.
