Christina (sp?) was professional, helpful, kind and friendly. The welcome bag is such a nice gesture! The unit was clean, and ready to go. The pricing deals are incredible, I'm super pleased with the option I chose. Additionally, the partnerships they have with other moving help is brilliant. I did, in fact, use Penske as a result of their deal - AAA ended up being a better discount for me, but the 10% got me there!
Christina was amazing and gave the best service and was so helpful that I wish I would’ve gone to this CubeSmart to start with just because of her service alone. Nicest person explained everything and I will definitely tell people to come back just because of her.
Andrea made it easy to decide which size would be best.. She was both clear and friendly. She also was respectful. We found the unit itself to be very clean and safe. It was also easy to enter and has common sense hours that it is open for those who need to come back to their storage units.
Kristina has great customer service experience! She's my angel,who saved me lots of money. I was about to go to another storage $100 for a smaller storage,when she called and told me abt Cubesmart Storage. Lesser money for bigger storage than what I was going to get. She saved me and my money,lol!
When I lost my keys to storage Kristina was there to help me retrieve my unit. Staff has always been supportive and helpful This place is a gem, have rented here multiple times and would not go anywhere else.
