Our storage facility recently changed hands and is now operated by Extra Space Storage. I found it very easy to get in touch with a real person on the phone and the multiple people we talked to were all polite, positive, and efficient. The area is kept very clean inside and out. Great storage facility. 👍
George is excellent ! The customer service was exceptional, you don’t get that anywhere anymore. I was in and out in a couple minutes, everything handled and squared away quickly. Definitely will continue to use this space. Thank you!
Although I ended up not renting space, Andrew and George were extremely helpful in explaining the process. We only needed space for a twin medical bed but ended up simply trashing it. Money is tight and this option became available to us. Thank you for your time and effort George and Andrew. Will recommend you to anyone who needs storage!! Best wishes!! Christina (sp?) was professional, helpful, kind and friendly. The welcome bag is such a nice gesture! The unit was clean, and ready to go. The pricing deals are incredible, I'm super pleased with the option I chose. Additionally, the partnerships they have with other moving help is brilliant. I did, in fact, use Penske as a result of their deal - AAA ended up being a better discount for me, but the 10% got me there!
Currently found out cubesmart was bought out by extra storage. New owners/manager. Call the customer service line I had additional questions spoke to new manager George his communication was a 10 he was very informative for extremely patient and very polite felt more welcoming and less frustrated with the change.
