The camper my fiance has there has been broken into twice bc no cameras in the lot. First time, the staff did not even tell us how to file a claim with their insurance so he was just out that money but 2nd time they told him how. But they tell you it's safe n secured but don't even have a camera one.
Had an indoor unit with lock they gave me one without a cover on top, went back and over 3000 worth of shoes was stolen. Police report made and had insurance but they denied it because someone climbed over and didn’t break the lock even though whoever went in there left evidence. Do not use the storage company unless you like your stuff stolen
DONT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! They use special promo discounts and then jack the price way up within 6 months, and who knows when they will do it again, probably every 3-6 months. My unit went up $60 and was over $200 a month and not even climate controlled. I rented 2 units in September for a supposed "deal" they guaranteed IN WRITING the rental price was good for one year, clearly they LIED. I just received a notice the rent is going up 25% after just 6 month. And they will not honor the original deal. I am leaving as soon ... read more
