I recently needed to call and discuss my rental. Mary at Extra Space Gastonia went above and beyond to help me out and her District Manager was also extremely helpful. Some business don’t have much of a customer focus these days. Extra Space Gastonia does. I really appreciate it!
We had our storage unit while it was Cube Smart and the service was not that great. However, when it changed to Extra Space, the office looked better and the overall building improved. The best improvement was Mary Strange. If best customer service needed a photo in the dictionary, it would be her. She helped me with a payment issue in a quick and friendly manner that I wish everyone would be like. Wonderful place, great staff!! Mary Strange assisted me with my space rental and she is absolutely amazing. Her energy and willingness to help is phenomenal!!! I would refer anyone to rent from Extra Space!! If you are in need of storage definitely check them out. You won’t regret it!!!
When CubeSmart became Extra Space Storage, Mary is the location manager who called me and reminded me that my bill was due. I told her that I was grateful for the reminder, and that she was willing to work with me over the phone to get it paid in full. I was given full professional courtesies upon meeting her in the office. I am very happy with my business here so far!!! Thank you, Mary!!
