I rent two storage units in Bentonville AR, from Extra Space Storage. Last week I met Ken - the manager, when I arrived to accessed my units. Ken is a personable guy who treats everyone with respect and is eager to assist you in handling any questions you have about accessing your belongings. What a fantastic experience we've had with Discovery Storage! We were in the process of moving into a neighboring apartment complex, downsizing from a larger home and needed storage. Noting that Discovery was right down the road, I called near closing time and spoke with Jackie, the manager, who is incredible. She quickly told me they had availability, gave me unit sizes and prices, and invited us over to get set up. Jackie was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and providing reassurance throughout the process. The storage facility was spotless and well-organized.
