I rent two storage units in Bentonville AR, from Extra Space Storage. Last week I met Ken - the manager, when I arrived to accessed my units. Ken is a personable guy who treats everyone with respect and is eager to assist you in handling any questions you have about accessing your belongings. I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jackie! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
