I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jackie! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jackie took the time to show me my unit, explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions! She truly went above and beyond! Thank you Jackie, for making this such a pleasant experience!

Ken went over and above to help us, he gave a tour and helped us sign up for a future date so seamlessly! The space is also clean and brand new. highly recommend!

I rent two storage units in Bentonville AR, from Extra Space Storage. Last week I met Ken - the manager, when I arrived to accessed my units. Ken is a personable guy who treats everyone with respect and is eager to assist you in handling any questions you have about accessing your belongings.
