I was met by Jonathan who I was familiar with from the Alum Creek Extra Storage from the time I relocated here from Chicago and needed storage space. At first we didn’t realize we previously met, just that we looked familiar. He clearly explained options in sizes of storage units, prices, and security features. He was knowledgeable regarding specifics for the Gahanna location, helped set up the cell phone app, and gave me a tour of the unit I rented.
