My experience was amazing and the customer care received from Justin made my day. He helped me to pick the best unit to meet my needs and gave me needed guidance on how best to move into the space!! I love the technology used - no keys or codes needed for anything!!! Thanks so much!!
John was great hunnie, had me in and out in 15 minutes with my new storage unit. I’ve never had a storage unit before so any questions i had he was able to answer and made the experience more comfortable than expected. it’s super easy to access and they even have moving carts to help you move your things in!
Karl was wonderful from the introduction. He really took the time to walk me through all of the features of facility. Even those most people don’t consider, like a dehumidifier or C02 monitor. He’s always waving or saying hi when I need to stop by. The facility itself is clean and secure, reassuring me that my unit is safe.
Discovery Storage in Gahanna offers a great storage experience with modern facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment. The technology they use, like digital access controls and security cameras, adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. The units are easy to access, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that pricing could be a bit more competitive, but overall, it’s a reliable and secure option for storage needs. Would definitely recommend
Edit (8/19/25): This place has changed ownership since my initial review and the experience has not been pleasant. Karl is not there anymore and the current staff doesn’t seem to care. It truly felt like we were bothering them when we had questions about the move out process. Most likely won’t be using this facility if we ever need a storage unit again. It’s unfortunate since we had such a great experience when we initially rented a space here.
