10/10 experience! Karl is phenomenal and incredibly helpful! Moving itself is stressful, but Karl made getting a storage unit so simple and convenient. He was patient with all my questions and made you feel so comfortable because he is so friendly. Highly recommend getting a unit here! Also the whole facility is climate controlled and humidity controlled, so you don’t have to worry about your items smelling like mold (huge perk)! Discovery Storage in Gahanna offers a great storage experience with modern facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment. The technology they use, like digital access controls and security cameras, adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. The units are easy to access, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that pricing could be a bit more competitive, but overall, it’s a reliable and secure option for storage needs. Would definitely recommend
I got my unit with Discovery storage and it was an amazing decision. Karl took great care of me made the process very simple and easy he was very accommodating and got me scheduled and in my unit in no time. He made me feel welcomed and helped me understand the system. Definitely would recommend. The facility was clean and very organized. Had carts to making the move super easy. I feel my belongings will be safe and secured. I would highly recommend getting your unit with discovery storage.
Karl was wonderful from the introduction. He really took the time to walk me through all of the features of facility. Even those most people don’t consider, like a dehumidifier or C02 monitor. He’s always waving or saying hi when I need to stop by. The facility itself is clean and secure, reassuring me that my unit is safe.
Karl is absolutely amazing! We have had such a good experience with Discovery Storage because he has been so great with communication, helping us get set up and transfer to a bigger unit when needed. EXCELLENT! Can't recommend this place & Karl enough. Thank you!
