This place is a total scam. Prior to this place it was Star Storage, never had an issue. The new name brought all new hidden fees and the storage went up $20 yet their website has the same unit I rent for less than half what they charge me. I recommend you find another company to store your loved one's belongings or your possessions. Crap service and they must allow people to live in the storage unit space because it smells so bad every time I go to my unit, the smell of urine.
