I cannot say enough about my experience so far with Richard I have had to unexpectedly obtain a secondary storage and not only was he able to fulfill my request he found me one directly next to my other storage. He also made special arrangements for me as well knowing what my work hours are. He has been beyond amazing with his customer service skills and I'm pleased to be a customer of his.
