I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage! After a really awful time at another facility, the Assistant Storage Manager, Laurie, turned my whole day around. She got me into a unit within 30 minutes, so quick! The access is super easy, and the app makes everything a breeze. The customer service was top-notch. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend!

The local people who run this facility are lovely and very helpful. However I rented a storage space and left my stuff there and left the state thinking everything was taking care of., settled until such time as I needed to return and ccess my household goods. That was on the a few months ago that I left. This company has a policy of changing the price.Once you've agreed to it so they doubled, my fee didn't tell me then canceled my credit card.
