John was fabulous and very kind from the beginning. He made sure I felt safe, and valued at the time I arrived to meet him. The location is exceptionally clean and John see’s to this. I noticed he picked up some loose trash on the ground. I am so glad I went with this location.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage! After a really awful time at another facility, the Assistant Storage Manager, Laurie, turned my whole day around. She got me into a unit within 30 minutes, so quick! The access is super easy, and the app makes everything a breeze. The customer service was top-notch. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend!
