Cara at the front office always greets me with a smile and addresses all of the questions or concerns I send her way. Refreshingly, I sense that my business really matters here. I always hate moving and storage’s but we found not only NEW, Clean, lots space, amazing Price ( I only pay $38 a month ) but the Lady that work there Cara I think is the name, she is AMAZING! You would think that because she sees people’s moving in and out all the time that we were just a number! Instead she helped us with compassionate and highly level of professionalism but at same time we felt she cared! Extra Space Storage is a pleasure to deal with. The facility is climate controlled, clean and has an enclosed loading area so rain won’t affect your moving experience. Also Cara and Rita are professional, friendly and helpful I actually go there in person to say hi and to pay my monthly rent. I highly recommend doing business with Extra Space for all your storage needs.
The facility is clean and secure. Customer service is excellent. They were very helpful in providing answers and finding me a great unit at a great price. Conveniently, there are moving supplies and locks for sale on site.
