RecommendedStaff member Eric took the time to explain the rates, unit sizes, security, and even gave me a walk-around tour of the facility in which I appreciated. It made me feel comfortable and confident that my belongings are indeed at the right place for storage. Also, on separate day, Jesse was helpful in assisting me the parking situation at the facility. Two professionals that provided EXCELLENT customer service!!!
