I wish I took pictures my cousin got a unit here and it is so cool. the doors open up with her app. The Site manager was so friendly she almost got me to get a unit. I loves this place so much I am truly honestly considering it because of how clean it was. Plus I love that Donna was always there so if I have issues I can just go there.
I recently rented a 5x5 unit this month. The facility is almost brand new. So, I figured it would be nice and clean. Donna, the Site Manager, was very helpful explaining where my unit was located and gave me a map. Donna even changed my rental unit to one that was closer to the elevator. I love that you park inside the building to load or unload your unit. It is very helpful on days that are rainy or hot. Very clean, friendly staff and I highly recommend!
Donna was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! Completely transparent with pricing! Offering me a great promo of First month rent free! The loading area was nice and cool.
Easy to reserve a space online. The follow-up phone call to finalize the paperwork, etc. was also easy and the rep was very helpful, friendly and professional. My first visit to the facility was excellent with it being very clean and easily accessed through the app. The monthly rental price is also very good.
The storage is new and you can pull into the actual building to load/unload your belongings which is very convenient. They’re a decent size we fit our sofas, about 20 medium/large boxes and 10 storage totes and our miscellaneous items and still had room. We got a 10x10 I believe. The only thing was figuring out how to lock and unlock it so make sure they show you and you also try it before leaving. Other than that I’m pretty satisfied with them.
