I had the same issue as Mr. Grubb did this week after they reached out to me with the an almost 100% increase with one month notice. Figured they overpaid from the previous owner and wanted to get it all back overnight. Luckily Joseph, the on site manager asked me to give him a day to see what he could do and instead of $120 increase he was able to get it to a more reasonable number. Thank you Joseph!
