I normally would not rate a place like this but I had to plug the customer service. I used a unit for a short time and when I left, the front office made it super easy.
Nice, clean place for storage. The management is very accommodating. John, the manager is a really nice guy. I’ve been using their storage for six years and am very happy there. Highly recommend.
Excellent place to rent a truck. Friendly staff and helped save me money, too, by suggesting a drop off only a few miles from my home town. That savings was significant enough to cover a tank of gas in a Uhaul!
Would highly recommend and personaly use again for my storage needs. Clean, quiet, safe and wheelchair accessible.
This has been a very smooth and helpful experience. Heather was responsive, and found the ideal storage for me during a crazy situation. We needed two spaces--a flexible space to get in and out of, and a longer term space. She suggested a larger unit and called when one was available. When I decided to keep two storage spots, she made sure they were side-by-side and temperature controlled! They also have a truck to rent to move items to the storage unit.
