Hilda was very, very helpful and even transferred our reservation over because we went to the wrong location on accident. She set us up in a brand new unit and accommodated my bed back. I definitely recommend this location for customer service was top-tier.
Zephaniah and Star were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere in the store was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The entire process of getting my storage unit was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how well I was treated from start to finish. UPDATE: Extra Space Storage has cleaned the unit and refunded the last payment!!! Thank you for correcting this issue!! My 1 star review has been elevated to a 5. Rats ruined the back half of my storage unit. I lost a bed, a leather sofa, dresser, boxes, clothes, and shelves. I even saw a live rat when I went into the storage unit. The manager refuses to reimburse.
