I’ve never had a unit before, this is my first time moving out. Nicole was awesome, she gave me a tour and showed me a preview of how my unit would look. Told me the protocols and even gave me quote so I can have an idea of cost. She took it a step further and showed me another unit’s with the area if I wanted to do a different layout. She was very informative and personal. I will definitely be using this company and the location is so convenient.

10/10 the BEST customer experience I’ve ever had. Wow. They made the onboarding process so easy, and made me feel so taken care of and considered. The staff is LOVELY. And this was also the best rate in town. Couldn’t be happier
