Nicole provided excellent customer service. The entire process was quick, smooth, and easy. She was friendly, professional, and made everything hassle-free. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this storage facility because of the great service she provided.
I’ve never had a unit before, this is my first time moving out. Nicole was awesome, she gave me a tour and showed me a preview of how my unit would look. Told me the protocols and even gave me quote so I can have an idea of cost. She took it a step further and showed me another unit’s with the area if I wanted to do a different layout. She was very informative and personal. I will definitely be using this company and the location is so convenient.
We had a great experience with Nicole who was available to answer all of our questions before we decided to rent a space here. They also had great specials which we were able to take advantage of. This property was very clean and easy to get in and out of thanks to its proximity to I35 and the nearby apartment complex. Checking out was also easy. Will definitely be back next semester.

10/10 the BEST customer experience I’ve ever had. Wow. They made the onboarding process so easy, and made me feel so taken care of and considered. The staff is LOVELY. And this was also the best rate in town. Couldn’t be happier
