I experience great customer service when I arrive at extra space storage, due to the great employees (Javonia&Christine) they made me feel welcome and also my items will be secure. I rent units at other places, but them two ladies (employees ) made me feel secure. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks extra space storage
I would strongly recommend avoiding this storage facility unless you are prepared for your monthly rate to increase without a clear explanation. Before moving my belongings here, I spoke with someone on the phone and was quoted a specific monthly price. I agreed to move based on that amount. Then, only about three months later, I noticed my card was being charged roughly $100+ more per month. For a short term rental that is 3 months or less, this is a great option. 5 stars for Christine, who is the onsite manager, and who went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Christine! I’ve also had positive experiences with other people who work here, all helpful and kind. I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Christine. She was very helpful, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Christine is friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend this location because of her!
Javonia was super helpful this morning on my first day at my unit! She is very friendly and got me squared away when my code wouldn't open the gate. I am grateful for her assistance and the warm welcoming manner in which she handled the whole situation.
