I never had any problems with the previous owner, Stowaway Storage. Since the new owner took over last month, the main gate has stopped working. Nobody seems to know why. The new owner always knows how to call me about payment, but not how to fix the gate. I expect secure access to the property that I am paying for. Donna is a terrific and talented person to handle all questions, walk you through your options, and finalize the transaction. She explained my payment details and had me on my way in short order. I have been a customer for a number of years and have nothing negative to say about it. Donna Boyer is the greatest, please don't lose her as an employee. She is always willing to work with you, she has wonderful customer service skills. The prices for the units are affordable, place is well lit and clean. And, to top it all off, you can drive inside, no dealing with the weather!
