Since Extra Space Storage took over the unit our cub scout pack has been renting, it has been a very positive change! Under the new ownership, we have access to the unit later in the evening, allowing us an opportunity to return our pack items following events, like Pinewood derby. The staff I've dealt with have been polite and accommodating. We are happy to continue the partnership for years to come.

From the front desk to the remote call center the team here was absolutely wonderful. I called early on a Sunday morning for a same day storage move-in and they accommodated me quickly and seamlessly. When I called in, I was speaking to a call center rep and she was absolutely delightful at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. The units are not climate controlled. They will advertise as such but do not put your items here. We just moved here two weeks ago and got the storage unit because we didn't want our items getting damaged and I've kept the thermometer inside the unit that's digital and it tracks the temperature. It's only 40°. All of our items are going to be ruined that need to be climate controlled. My interactions with Deborah at Your Sheldon Rd., Plymouth, MI location was very pleasant. Deborah is very knowledgeable, friendly, provided detail information regarding the storage rental at extra space, and was able to answer all of my questions. After our conversation, I was comfortable with my decision to rent from Extra Space Storage. Good customer service is hard to come across these days and great customer service is rare, Deborah provided both, I appreciate her.

Orion was very helpful on the day we arrived with our box truck! He quickly changed our unit to a larger size and gave great instructions. We found a clean storage space, and the elevator and carts were very much appreciated.
