Derrick L. has been an awesome rep for this company and location! He helped me save a lot of money as I was getting everything set up for storage. I highly recommend both his and this company's service! I truly appreciate the security they provide and the affordable rate.
Super clean! I want to give 5 stars but my cost tripled in less than a year. Of course I started with a special of around $60 or $70. It increased to about $140 after the special ended as expected. About 2 or 3 months before my year was up, it jumped up to $190!! Too much! I had to move out!! The office staff is great AND accommodating!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 The 4 stars are strictly due to price hikes!! 🥴🤷🏾♀️
It used to be a good location when the woman I believe it was Liz ran it. Now with the new manager the place is always dirty, trash in the hallways for weeks and never cleaned up, the bathrooms on the 2nd are dirty, no soap and no TP.. very disappointed and I moved out. I brought it up a few times to management and nothing got done. So I took my money to somewhere else .
Liz was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction!! Love the sprinklers in each unit, that each unit has an actual ceiling, instead of mesh and that the company takes security and safety of our items seriously! I highly recommend this specific storage company because of the excellent customer service (thank you Liz!), safety and security of the facility.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Deb was great with setting up my new unit.
