It was a pleasure to speak with Laura. My overall experience with this place has been very positive. Laura answered my call on Sunday morning (which was beyond my expectations cause I thought I would have to wait until next business day) and she helped me with all my questions and gave me a full guidance on what to expect during my moving. She made me feel comfortable and appreciated. She was very supportive, helpful and respectful. I give her 10 💫 ✨ 🌟 cause she really knows how to handle customers services.👏
So far so good. Clean space, wide driveways for multiple cars. They provide a lock. Still waiting to speak with someone at the office, and to enter, the code box doesn't give you any feedback, you kinda just wait for the gate to open or not
I have had a unit here for the past three years with no issues. Always clean , accessible and the staff have been easy to work with when needed. The units are clean and the property gives you plenty of access to your unit.
Everything has been great…. The only thing I could be worried about are people in cars hanging out and doing inappropriate things while parked inside the storage room.
I just ordered a unit today with Laura and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. She was very polite, answered all my questions and even stayed on the phone with me to make sure I didn’t mess up anything on the application. Laura definitely made me feel positive on my choice and comfortable. Thank you again Laura for your help today it was truly a pleasure.
