Towne Storage in South Jordan is a clean and secure location to store your belongings. The manager, Cameron, is personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and help us identify an appropriate unit. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, and I appreciate that honest approach to business. Each unit is climate controlled and has its own alarm system - along with the standard security lock and key. Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. This is a wonderful place to store your items, it is safe and has private access and climate controlled to make sure your things are well stored and protected. After getting the lock fixed and shown how to put the new lock in, we had no problems. The staff has been very nice and helpful and the unit was very clean and easily accessable.
I have been with these guys for 14 yrs now, and haven't had any issues. Brandy has awsome, Very kind, & peoples person. I recommend this ( SOUTH JORDAN )extra space to anyone.
I usually don’t care to write reviews but after getting 20+ trucks from different locations this one was my favorite because of the employees that we’re talking to me Jeff and Steve were very kind and i felt like i wasn’t just treated like a random customer but treated like they cared about their job! other than that truck was in good condition had no issues and everything went smoothly!
