Ryan was helping us and was amazing. We came in late due to a change in plans and he could’ve turned us away but didn’t and gave us his best customer service we could’ve asked for. He definitely deserves a raise! God bless him!
Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. Towne Storage in South Jordan is a clean and secure location to store your belongings. The manager, Cameron, is personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and help us identify an appropriate unit. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, and I appreciate that honest approach to business. Each unit is climate controlled and has its own alarm system - along with the standard security lock and key. Stopped in last minute due to an emergency situation. Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was rushed on time but saw the urgency. He stayed and helped us get into a unit. He was pleasant and very kind. Hallelujah!! Thanks RYAN!!!!!
I have been renting storage space and U-Hauls from this location for the past 10 years and up until this past rental experience I have had nothing but praise for the South Jordan location. However, after renting a U-Haul truck on August 22nd from 4-9pm, upon reviewing my emailed invoice, I was not charged the quoted price for a 6-hour rental but was charged for an "extra day" of use.
