Just had a great experience at the MLK location in North las Vegas. This location recently changed ownership, thought it would be difficult process but it was a piece of cake. Very helpful employees! Highly recommend for their good customer service. Cool cool thanks!
The online renting and getting immediate access to the storage locker was pretty amazing I admit. The extra fees are annoying, forcing people to purchase your insurance is annoying. Most people do not understand what “Storage Insurance” is. Homeowners insurance will cover this. Access to open the entry/exit gates through the app doesn’t work, have to enter manually. I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for the better part of 10 years. On and off. Way more on then off, and it’s always been a good experience. Plenty of availability, good size units, clean, usually friendly staff that IS on site (everywhere else your stuck with stupid AI). It’s a great place to store. Very simple straightforward process. Always a good experience.
I went to the new extra space Storage company, formally known as Town Storage on MLK was greeted very friendly and helpful gentlemen that’s helped getting it together he corrected a lot of different things that was on my file that was incorrect. Help me out with the new lock because mine stop locking so I’ll be staying put for a couple more years there.
