I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for the better part of 10 years. On and off. Way more on then off, and it’s always been a good experience. Plenty of availability, good size units, clean, usually friendly staff that IS on site (everywhere else your stuck with stupid AI). It’s a great place to store. Very simple straightforward process. Always a good experience.
I have been using Towne Storage for about a year now! And Jennifer is such an AMAZING manager to work with. She is always professional and available to answer any questions I may have. I love the facility, it is always clean!

I went to the new extra space Storage company, formally known as Town Storage on MLK was greeted very friendly and helpful gentlemen that’s helped getting it together he corrected a lot of different things that was on my file that was incorrect. Help me out with the new lock because mine stop locking so I’ll be staying put for a couple more years there.
