I had an awesome experience getting my storage unit! First off, the building is gorgeous, I love the brickwork both inside and out. It’s super clean, well-built, and the temperature control inside is perfect. Huge shoutout to Mark, who was just freaking cool as can be. He made the whole process super easy and quick for us, answered all our questions, and had great energy the whole time. If you’re looking for a solid storage place with great service, this is the one!
Clean, friendly and safe. I used Towne storage Gateway for temporary storage while on a cross country road trip. The staff was extremely helpful and the rates very affordable. The location was clean and easy to access. There isn’t 24 hour access, it closes after 9pm but honestly, I felt that made the location more safe and secure. I highly recommend.
RENTERS BEWARE! I rented a storage unit online Sept 15th, then drove to the facility with my car full of stuff for storage. I completed the paperwork in the office, purchased a lock and the attendant showed me to my unit on the 4 floor. It was only then that he told me the sole elevator in the building was out-of-order and we would need to take the stairs.
