The facility is clean! Easy to get in and out! The staff there is amazing! Very accommodating! Especially Natalie!! She’s super sweet and helpful! It doesn’t matter what question I have, she’s very knowledgeable!! I’ve been at this storage location in Clinton since they opened and I’ve always been happy with the facility and staff! Their prices are by far the fairest! Definitely refer friends and family to these guys!
I had a unique situation and needed to transfer units. Natalie, the site manager, was amazing and so friendly. She took me to the unit to make sure it would be a good fit. It was very clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend Extra Space Storage Clinton.
Amazing service quick and easy Natalie is a total sweetheart, everything you need is at this place boxes, tape , bubble wrap, trucks locks everything this place is awesome totally recommend to all who needs it . Extra Space Storage took over the towne storage we were using. They made the transition easy. I wish they didn’t use two apps to get in and access to our unit. Other than that the folks were helpful and kind. The facility remains clean. If they keep the same prices, i will stay with them for a long time
Reasonable pricing. Two levels, I was on top. They have an elevator or stairs as well as carts, good amenities. I was in there from the start so I experienced the change over to the passkey locks that they use the app noké for. App worked very well every time, never had one single issue.
