My husband and I walked into the storage office in Riverton to ask questions and were greeted by Ryan. He was so helpful, answered all our crazy questions as first time storage users and patiently got us signed up for rental. He went a step further and helped us get the app set up and gain the access we need. Ryan was so kind and patient and had a great sense of humor. Great experience.
Pam was fantastic at answering any questions I had when calling the new customer line. Her great attitude was a big reason I went with this location and business. I had a few questions before going to my unit for the first time and Ryan in the office took that positive and helpful attitude to another level. He answered all questions and then some. Great customer service seems to be a rarity nowadays and im glad these guys here have it down.
Ryan was great to work with. He was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The facility was clean, secure and easy to find. Thank you for your great customer service and just being a great human being.
I would absolutely recommend this place! Ryan was great and gave me a call the moment I rented a unit so he could explain all the details and what to do. He answered any questions I had, and was overall just really kind😊 One thing I like about this place in comparison to my previous rented unit is that you have to type in your pin to get in AND out. The security seems better for sure.
