I called and spoke to Anthony to get information because I was shopping for the best deal. He was very informative and helpful with all the questions I had and made sure I had all the info I needed. I came in the next day and Robin did an amazing job helping get my unit picked out and helped me rent my U-Haul at the same time. The pricing is fantastic and it’s just a one stop shop for what you need to move. I’m so glad I found this place!
Had a great experience here at Towne Storage. As soon as i walked in I was welcomed and greeted by Loretta. She is a sweet heart. She assisted me and answered all my questions. She filled me in on all prices and asked questions to find what better suited my needs. I normally dont do reviews but the service was so exceptional that I felt the need to. Well now Anthony from our 1st conversation on the phone was welcoming & professional. Gave me a great price. I didn't have to go no where else after I'm like 4 different conversations a few days on the phone. I thank for that. Travis helped me out to.
We’ve been to so many storage facilites and my husband and I were truly impressed with how clean this facility was. The office was presentable and clean. Anthony was the representative that assisted us and I was very happy with his customer service. Any questions I had he answered, he was very helpful and informative. Definitely would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to store their stuff safe and clean!
The manager of Sunset Storage, Anthony, made renting and returning quick and easy. He also helped me unload. Great service, great manager!
