I recently rented a storage unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is brand new, clean, and very well maintained. What I loved most is that it feels more personal, and the customer service is outstanding. Lourdes was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me the different unit sizes, explain the benefits of each option, and answer all of my questions. She even helped me find a unit conveniently located near the elevator, which made the decision much easier. On... read more

Lourdes at Extra Space Storage provided top-notch service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made move-in day a breeze. The facility is clean and well-managed, and it’s clear that Lourdes truly cares about her customers.
Amazing service! Lourdes was super kind and showed us the units we were interested in! Set up was super fast and she was very informative! Very happy with everything :) units were clean and great!
I am a long term client of Extra Space. I recently transferred to this location. I didn't like the location of my unit that I had already reserved. Even though it was almost time for the office to close for the day, Lourdes was very mindful of my preference; without hesitation and very friendly, she searched for a unit to my preference. That is great customer service. I am going to miss Eddy, but I know Lourdes will take great care of me.
