I recently rented a storage unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is brand new, clean, and very well maintained. What I loved most is that it feels more personal, and the customer service is outstanding. Lourdes was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me the different unit sizes, explain the benefits of each option, and answer all of my questions. I am a long term client of Extra Space. I recently transferred to this location. I didn't like the location of my unit that I had already reserved. Even though it was almost time for the office to close for the day, Lourdes was very mindful of my preference; without hesitation and very friendly, she searched for a unit to my preference. That is great customer service. I am going to miss Eddy, but I know Lourdes will take great care of me.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on 192 near Saint Cloud. Mrs. Lourdes was very kind and friendly to my husband and me. She made sure to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!

Lourdes was very helpful and kind in helping my Spanish speaking dad through the process of renting a storage unit. The place was very clean and pristine. Access is very convenient.
