I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on 192 near Saint Cloud. Mrs. Lourdes was very kind and friendly to my husband and me. She made sure to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSTE. WE PAID FOR THE UNIT AND WAS MOVING IN ON 4/1 FROM OUR OTHER OSCEOLA UNIT THAT WE HAD FOR YEARS ...I PAID A TRUCK TO BRING MY STUFF OVER EVERYTHING WORKED AS FAR AS CODES FOR ENTRY .... WE MOVED SOME STUFF WENT DOWN TO GRAB THE REST AND THE DOOR DENIED ENTRY TO US AFTER THAT. IT WAS 6 PM AND NO ONE WAS THERE ..WE CALLED 24/7 NUMBER AND TOLD THEM OUR KIDS INSULIN MEDS ,KEYS TO HOME AND. CAR , BAG WITH MONEY AND CARD WHERE LOCKED INSIDE AND UNIT WAS STIL O... read more
