Super clean, very nice unit. Easy to access and get in when needed. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and can communicate and understand them. Will use them if I ever need storage again.
Went in today to meet the new staff and they were great! I'm excited for the new relationship, seems it's been a very smooth transition. The manager Troy was awesome, if you're looking for a place to store your stuff, this is it!!
Several months as a customer and only at this location for convenience to my house. The gate was broken the first several weeks, then I noticed that many new customers, myself included, were never told how to get out of the facility. The key pad is worn off and at a terrible angle, so I have to get out of my car anyways. Finally, I came around the corner since the layout is supposed to be conducive to not making turn around, and there was a gigantic pot hole that my sedan completely lost that battle to. The company has raised my rates so much over the years that I am currently paying $40 OVER market value of the same storage unit. That is, I'm paying that rate for now, as I will be moving out immediately. The new owners *might make an adjustment down but ONLY after bumping UP the rate first. Be warned that they will raise rates every NINE MONTHS, and not by just a little. It could be up to $80 MORE per month.
