Rented a climate controlled storage space from Tyler. He was super helpful with the process and made sure I had all the info I needed. I have 3 units now with extra space and have had nothing but positive experiences. Won't rent anywhere else!!

I've had a unit here for probably 8 or 9 years. Actually two units at one time. Never any issues. When it switched from Townestorage to Extra Space it was a huge improvement. The gate got an upgrade so it worked with an app on your phone. The maintenance improved and they are actively making things better all the time. I've left this location for an Extra Space location closer to where I am currently living but if you have a need in the Herriman/ Riverton area this place is topshelf.

Just signing up and was impressed with the professionalism and personal interest Tyler conveyed to me. All my concerns and questions were answered and needs met. I look forward in trusting my belongings in their care and recommend others looking for storage assistance use their services without any hesitations.

Management has been very professional and nice and always there to assist me if there’s any questions I have The property is very clean and very well kept. I also appreciate that they follow up with me if I ever have any issues with my account.
