Went in today to meet the new staff and they were great! I'm excited for the new relationship, seems it's been a very smooth transition. The manager Troy was awesome, if you're looking for a place to store your stuff, this is it!!
The company has raised my rates so much over the years that I am currently paying $40 OVER market value of the same storage unit. That is, I'm paying that rate for now, as I will be moving out immediately. The new owners *might make an adjustment down but ONLY after bumping UP the rate first. Be warned that they will raise rates every NINE MONTHS, and not by just a little. It could be up to $80 MORE per month. The company just switched from Towne storage to Extra Space. Tyler was helpful getting set-up for auto payments and ensuring all was in order. Overall a 5 star experience.
Tyler over at the Riverton location was amazing!! He helped me find the storage unit that best suited me and gave me an incredible deal.
