The company has raised my rates so much over the years that I am currently paying $40 OVER market value of the same storage unit. That is, I'm paying that rate for now, as I will be moving out immediately. The new owners *might make an adjustment down but ONLY after bumping UP the rate first. Be warned that they will raise rates every NINE MONTHS, and not by just a little. It could be up to $80 MORE per month. Very inconvenient when trying to pay online. My code isn't working for my password and so when I click forgot password it sends a verification code to my email which is my username but when I type in the code it says it's account could not be found! It literally sent a verification code to my email...that's my email. I paid this last month online with the same difficult but finally got through...not this time. Called in looking for a unit that would fit our needs didn’t really know how much room we needed till Monte helped us out in person walked us through a few units and got us what we needed I really appreciate his excellent customer service definitely would recommend this location very clean units as well
