I had an amazing experience at this Extra Space Storage on September 8th in the morning around 11:30 AM. I am pretty sure that the man who was working at the front desk on that day is called John; my apologies for getting his name wrong! He was so nice and kind, professional and extremely patient. It can be quite a nerve-wracking experience to move and store things, but he made it so easy and hassle-free with his amazing customer service.
