Had an excellent experience. Bernie is awesome. Explained how everything worked. Took me on a quick tour and showed me the best route to my unit. I am all set. Would recommend to anyone and have already told others about it.
Ms. Bernie was so helpful! She showed us around and made sure we saw the ins and outs of the facilities! She was so funny and listened to all of out concerns! It was a smooth and simple process!
Very friendly and helpful. They showed me a unit that was available before I signed up. I wanted to see the difference between a 5 x 10 and a 10 x 5. I was also able to get a unit right next to the elevator which has been very helpful. However there have been a few hiccups. Tag is still on my unit so it looks like it has not been rented. I was told it would be cleaned out before I moved it but there was still bugs on the floor. My code did not work the 2 times I went there in the morning before the office opened. Extra Space Storage in Abingdon is new, clean, and provides great customer service. Ms Bernie really makes you feel like an appreciated and valued customer. She made sure we got the best available unit for our needs, did not try to upsell anything, and took the time to explain processes, policies, and terms in detail. Brand new storage with great staff. Great pricing. And great way it set up. A drive through storage unit where you can drive inside to your unit is an amazing idea and will help a lot of people out. I plan to use this unit for a good bit
